Changes to existing magento e-commerce site

Please see our existing site [login to view URL] We need the following to be done on the shop section:

[login to view URL] Avenue (multi currency) needs to be activated on the check out page. We have an active CC avenue account. Another developer tried to install it, but did not succeed, since he was not able to install ioncube (which supposedly is required for ccavenue integration).

[login to view URL]'ve received the following message from our hosting provider and it needs to be addressed:

"Please look into the script: /usr/bin/php /home/suhanipi/public_html/[login to view URL]

This is taking up more than the allocated resource usage of the server.

Kindly keep this within limits. We shall be checking on your website now and again to keep you informed.

We recommend the use of caching scripts and CDNs to keep resource usage down."

[login to view URL] another payment option for cash deposit/bank transfer. We need to add this option, which when selected will display our bank details and the user will manually transfer the funds using netbanking/cash deposit.

[login to view URL] out page ajax: Whenever a person is filling out her/his details on the check out page, the ajax appears when the phone number is being entered (see screen shot 1). Can this be removed? we would rather have the page process the information at the end, once the last field if filled.

[login to view URL] issue: See screen shots 2 and 3. The bottom part of the slider is showing a small part of the previous slider. This needs to be fixed.

6. See screen shot 4. In the products listings (in admin view), is it possible for the system to show a thumbnail image as well? If so, we would like this feature activated.

7. We also need the site to load faster
