Update of ecommerce site (woocommerce)

We are looking for a Wordpress / Woocommerce expert to make some updates to our current site. We need the following functionality implemented:
1. Customize homepage(will be parallax slider, we will also provide a working example of what we want) and blog layout ( We will provide mocks )
2. Customize category, product and all other interior pages ( We will provide mocks)
3. Custom font implementation and styling of pages
4. Newsletter and social integration
Contractor requirements:
Our ideal contractor is hard worker that communicates quickly and is honest about timeline and expectations to develop these features. This developer should have the following background and skill set:
1. Successfully developed Woocommerce themes before
2. Absolute mastery of the Wordpress framework
3. PHP, HTML, CSS, JS rockstar
4. Has great organizational and time-management skills to get work done on schedule
