101011 - fix payment modul small bugs

Hi,

I run a loaded commerece (cre loaded 6.5) shop, and i need you to fix some small bugs i a payment module from quick [url removed, login to view]

1: When a orders is created - it is created twice ind the administration 1 with status ok and one with abandoned. The should only be one.

2: The credit card transactions number which is send back from the payment gateway is missing i the orders table - it should be here, and it should be possible to see the transaction number from the admin>orders page.

3: Because the credit card transaction number is missing i the orders table, it is also missing from the customer confirmation email.
