I need somebody configurate my products in categories ans subcategories like another Web:

My web: vehiculos would be Hersteller
Vehiculo Style would be Tunning
Busqueda por productos would be Tuningzubehör
I dont need to change the desing of my web, only put the product like the web : [url removed, login to view]
Other change is configurate the price mor the tax , tax in Spain is 21 %
