(PHP 5) mod invision board to our own user database and SEO optimize it

We are looking for someone to integrate our Invision Board (version 2.1.5) into our custom CMS. We will use the default theme of the board but you need to integrate it into our design as well.
We need the board to use our User table and our login session for the forum. Of course you can extend our user table with new columns if needed.
PM-feature must be removed/hidden from user.
Members-list must be removed/hidden from user.
Email-feature shall open a customized URL made by us.
MSN, ICQ etc will stay but use our columns in the database table.
Profile settings must be hidden from the user. They will be changed from somewhere else and not coded by you.
We board also needs to be Search Engine Optimized as well. Have a look at [url removed, login to view] to see how we want the optimization to be done.
