This is a repost of my original.
I have the software necessary. I just need help installing it and setting it up properly.

Also, I have software to go along with it that is a Download Protector, limiting users on how many times or on a time limit that they can download their purchase.
Pretty much, all you're doing is uploading the program with my web settings up to my web. It is done with MySQL/PHP as far as I can tell.
My web server is Yahoo! and my domain name is [url removed, login to view] (kind of hypocrytical really that I'm trying to pay someone else to do this, but I'm stuck!)
Please let me know asap.
I'd like to get this done for under $25 and by Sunday, if at all possible.
