Church Site - Media Rich Content - CMS/Flash

I have a Church site template and need to have the following features added.

1. Currently, text content on all pages are fed through an html file. I will like to manage text
content via CMS. CMS does not come with template.
2. Provide CMS capability to post, update logo, banner, music.
3. Add new member registration feature on site. All captured information manageable via the CMS.
add auto notification of new member registration via email to distribution list.
4. Need to add an audio and video presence also managed through the CMS. Template comes with a flash
video applet. You will have to add a db to catalog and manage the audio and video files. Admin
should be able to manage the media files easily in the CMS with add, delete, edit etc via the CMS.

5. Provide Os-commerce feature for online sale of books, video, tapes etc. Items for sale should be
manageable vis the CMS or Os-commerce.
6. Provide 2 additional templates that can be modified by admin; one home page template and one
sub page template; the look of these templates must be based on the web site.
7. Add calender; clicking on a date will show detail of activities scheduled for that day. Dates with
activities will have different color and is also clickable. Dates without event are not click-able.
Admin must be able to update calender events in CMS.
Goal is to allow Church to manage site, post and update content without much expertise.
Pls review requirement carefully prior to bidding. Bait and switch tactics are not accepted.
Winning bid must be one who knows flash, joomla or other easy to use CMS, audio and video, MySQL,
Os-commerce.
