Data Collection/Web Analytics - primarily blogs and social media

Using some sort of webcrawler software, I need a program written to auto-collect the following data on a daily basis for a list of 850 Amazon Kindle books [I already have the list in excel form and have title, author, and page link - this file is attached to this job] from October 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012:

Daily: the total number of friends on Facebook [for each of the 850 books/authors] - note, there are 850 titles but fewer authors as some authors have written several books - but all 850 titles/fields need to have data.

Daily: the total number of followers on Twitter for each of the 850 data fields

Daily: the total number of Twitter mentions [retweets, etc.] as measured by Twitter's measuring tool

Daily: the total number of blog mentions for each of the 850 titles [using some blog measuring software/tool like Technorati?]

Daily: the total number of blog mentions for each of the authors [note that all 850 data fields must have a value, so that if a given author was mentioned 30 times on day 12, a 30 would be auto-filled for every field that author is in - so for multiple books possibly.

I have a limited budget for this - so please, do not reply if you cannot stay within the budget for a "very small project". Once the software is written, it should auto-collect data daily.
