Recruitment Website - Joomla

We are looking for a very professional looking recruitment website with a CMS. We are open to suggestions on the CMS but it must be fast and easy to use. Full requirement is attached. we are looking for something that is simple to edit as we will have to add lots of jobs on a daily basis.

Only bid if you have previous examples you can show us. Experience of developing a recruitment website would be advantageous. If you have suggestions for a template to add the jobs then please mention and offer examples.
