Customer open source CRM system currently on vTiger

Our company based in India is currently trying to develop a CRM system. We have hired a part-time programmer to customize an open source CRM system called vTiger. He has done a good job so far to get the basics in.

But at this point, we are trying to add more complexity and flexibility to the system. For this, we are looking for someone who will be able to do the required programming.

We know exactly what features we are looking for in the CRM. Without getting into too many details, we are looking for the following:

1) Inventory tracking: System will be able to track inventory at multiple locations on a daily basis. Whenever inventory is removed from warehouse, system will be able to allocate cost of that inventory to the respective account. It will also be able to generate reminders when inventory needs to be replenished.

2) Sales tracker: System should have a real time status on sales pipeline (new leads as well as existing accounts)

3) Hours tracker: System will be able to track hours spent on a daily basis by the employees. It will then be able to allocate those hours to the respective accounts

4) Cost allocation: System will be able to allocate inventory, sales, and maintenance costs to respective accounts. (data is already being captured)

5) Reporting: System will be able to generate reports and charts as per user specification.
