I need a simple bidding community website coded.
Here is what it will do:
1. There are two groups of people using this site (group A and B)
2. Both can sign up, create an account and have access to a member's area where they can create a profile page (videos, text, photos, etc.)
3. Group A can then publish a LISTING which group B will bid on. Group A needs to be notified of who is bidding and then be able to select a winner.
4. Once the winner is chosen all the other bidders get a note saying they were unsuccessful.
More functionality will need to be built in later but this is the gist of it. If the coder does a good job and quotes well there is potential for a lot more work with my company.
