Set up an RETS system on my server

I am looking for a coder experienced in setting up an RETS server connection. The connection with the RETS server needs to made, using a daily CRON, with the data dumped into a MySQL database. The images for the properties also need to be downloaded and indexed to the listings.
I need a basic PHP search program created to allow me to test the results. I will be restyling it and integrating it into a client's website.
This is being installed on my dedicated server, so full access to the operating system is available.
You MUST be able to prove previous successful setup of an RETS direct (not API) data connection with a local Real Estate Board's server.
I am a busy web developer, so success with this project can lead to much more work. I have not done much on Elance, but you can check out my 5/5 reputation, with 65 projects, on Freelancer, My user name there is birwinsl
