Need apps based on existing responsive wesbite

I need an iPhone, android and blackberry app based on a responsive website that we already have. The app should more or less mimic the website, but the key features are:
1 - Job search (you can see it on the website)
2 - Apply for a job (same function as on website)
3 - Job Alerts (This function exists on the website for sending job alert emails, however we would like them to be push notifications to the mobile device).
4 - Contact the company
The website is based exactly on this theme (I will supply the exact url in PMB). [url removed, login to view]
