It is a website that allows users to list vehicles, parts, and other auto mobile related items for sale. It is a listing website not a website that items are sold from. However users must pay to list, either by subscription (list any amount) or pay per listing. Subscription members have different types, with each type having different fields of information.
We will give full access to the selected programmer and require that work be done and uploaded to the development server that we provide.

Joomla: version 2.5.6

These are the changes:
a) User can register and after completing the form get the option to pay using paypal or direct payment. This is already done and working. These two payment options need to be added to the "Add vehicle" form, from the navigation main menu. After submitting this form the user needs to be presented with the same options to make a one time payment or a direct payment
b) For any image uploaded via a form and displayed in the frontend must be automatically resized proportionally using PHP code. This applies to the registration form, add vehicle (both for an unregistered user and a registered member).
c) On the home page these is a scrolling bar of vehicle thumbnail images. In JoomD the admin can check items as featured from any type / category. These items checked as featured need to appear here and link to the vehicle details page.
d) In All forms that have the Category field, all the categories do not display in Internet Explorer when the field is selected, e.g. "Add vehicle" link in the menu
e) The "Register with us" form format needs to be fixed to use the same design as this form [login to view URL] This same form design needs to be applied to the Login Form
