Joomla 2p5 JQGrid component help needed

The situation:
A previous developer has help install and set up JQGrid in Joomla 2.5 for a custom database solution. The problem is we are 95% of the way through the job and he has disappeared (I gave him 4 weeks, but after no response I have given up on him). Don't worry, he has been paid for every completed task so far.
I need some final modifications and fixes to be made to some of the Grid views (mostly front end changes). Some of these changes may require custom JavaScript etc, but nothing to crazy.
Please quote with an HOURLY RATE. I am looking to hire someone on an ongoing basis for this job and future jobs.
IMPORTANT PREREQUISITES! (Please read this):
MUST know the Joomla 2.5 JQGrid component VERY well.
Must be available over the next 24 - 48 hours to begin URGENT work. Once we get the urgent tasks out of the way we will have more of a time-frame.
