java script, combining rollovers, graphic & text popups, and hyperlinks

Please see : [url removed, login to view] This is the current script, enabling text popups, and hyperlinks. We would like to be able to add the ability to popup a graphic from a specific hotspot on the page, and add a rolling banner box, also hot spot linked on the page. Current example using layers to utilize 2 java scripts, to do half the job at http://www.huskypowerwasher.com. Additionally, the rolling banner lines need to be hyperlinkable. IF at all possible, can this also be written to have an easily administratable controls, or an admin page? (vice line by line editing of paramaters).
