Reputation Count number is different

Need someone who can debug and get this fixed..On [url removed, login to view] file or the User reputation feedback count (number) is not in sync or is showing a different feedback count number when a negative feedback is left ..I believe the code in [url removed, login to view] is not in sync with the code in user_reputation file..Need this fixed as it should display the correct (feedback count beside user details) regardless if a negative feedback is left or not..If you can fix this message me..

You will only get hire if you tell me which file/s you need so i can send them over….You may edit file as needed till it's right..I will upload multiple files no issues there..If all goes well you will need to tell me the changes so i can add to my files..

Shot #1=User No negative feedback is displaying properly on feedback Number count

Shot #2=User with a few negative count has the feedback count not correct..
