Joomla + Virtuemart Email is not sending

When customer register/purchase new product from my website virtuemart store, there are no emai send to admin and the user. I have used virtuemart email manager to send custom email.

Task require you to do whatever it takes to fix the email issue and allows the email send to admin/user correctly and normally.
