Need My Social Network Site Rebuilt To Be More User Friendly & Modern Looking.

After talking to a couple developers, I got the same response back. That my site - because of the messy coding and platform it's built on - should be rebuilt either custom or on a different platform with fresh php.

I originally purchased a 100% open source software called DZOIC Handshakes to build the site with, but I guess not to many developers have heard of it, and it's not as customizable as they would like. So, I took their advice and hired a "developer" that I found on Freelancer to rebuild the site.

Come to find out he had NO idea what he was doing. He originally quoted me 7 days - the problem is, that was 3 WEEKS ago.

He DID complete the backend, but has not even started the front end. I hear from him like once a week promising that he'll be finished and when I contact him back, he doesn't respond. I came to Freelancer, because I've been scammed twice by developers who just took my money and ran off. Now this guy just pretty much did the same thing.

This has been a long process. I've been scammed twice, and now to think that it's pretty much happened again.

I'm looking for an affordable developer that can take my site content, along with the new backend php coding that the latest developer did and finish the rebuild for me. So basically, you'll just be doing the front end, as the backend is already complete. I just need the site to be more user friendly and modern looking.

If you can help me, please respond with your rate. I'm not interested in spending more than $160 to do this. As that would have been the last remaining payment for the developer to finish.
