Note : This work is very urgent and you must complete this project on time, only serious expert flex developers bid.

You need to add/fix bugs features below in gyaro.
1) chat becomes slow when there are 30 to 40 users and when there is lot of messages sent and if you stay in chat room for 4 to 5 hours you will notice that chat almost hangs, you need to make it fast and fix.
2) guest is able to login with registered usernames by entering username in small letters or small caps.
3) when camera is opened from userlist it doesn't show background black color.
4) make ban ip stronger if user is banned he must not be able to login and add ban mac address.
5) In userlist set different Mic icon by uploading image or swf/flv from admin panel.
6) remove voice on/off fade in and fade out which checks red5 media server connected or not.
7) write your own mood which shows at the bottom of username in userlist and users local time is shown example : 8:00AM
Note : admin can be able to turn on or turn off this feature from admin and same thing for local time to turn on or turn off showing local time.
write status input box color must be changeable from admin and in userlist mood must truncate.
8) make about me characters limited from admin by administrator and profile layout stretches automatically, html must be supported in profile like gchat.
9) check logs of user who changed other user group/kick/ban/close mic/close webcam/gag and give group permission as check logs for any group. Search by user logs by day/hours/year.
10) set transparency for profile from admin, set transparency for profile from settings > admin and make profile look like gchat.
11) pm window > manage > gag is not working please make it working. gag mutes the messages in public rooms.
12) if emoticon is posted in text chat on login page in show messages it doesnt show emoticons.
13) if you login as admin and delete any user id which is online it deletes it but the user id is stuck in the userlist and user
is present in the room the user must be logout when his id is deleted and his user id must not be visible in userlist.
14) in text layout if i upload swf emoticon with play button the button is not clickable and doesn't play button sound.
15) after you login to chat room and click on settings button it shows profile i want very neat and beautiful design for profile
window where it stretches everything to the window and fields are longer and neat.
16) after you login to chat room clear and clear all buttons are shown please note clear all button is shown to only those groups
who have group permissions i want to show clear and clear all button like gchat shows and if group doesn't have clear all permission then
clear button must be moved in place of clear all just like gchat. please note : the area which clear and clear all takes must be stretched
with text layout.
17) userlist and roomlist is not updated correctly sometimes which you need to fix.
18) change roomlist room name icons from admin tab, all image and media formats must be supported.
