Flash Audio Recorder

I need a tool for collecting audio recordings on my website. This might also involve installing something like Red5 on my server.

## Deliverables

I need a Flash application that will record audio from a visitor to my site. If they don't have a microphone, it should show an error message. If this requires a media server, I will also need that installed on my virtual private server.

The user should be able to give the recording a title, and then record up to 10 minutes. There should be a volume meter so that gives some feedback when they are talking. They should be able to listen back to their recording, add more or maybe re-record entirely. There should be a playhead that allows them to skip do different parts of their recording. When the user submits the recording, the URL of their recording should appear on the HTML page in which it is embedded.

I am not so worried about graphic design as long as it works. But I will need the FLA so that I can make changes as required.

I want to reiterate that I *do not* currently have a media server installed on my server - installing it is part of the job. I cannot use Wowza or Flash Media Server because they are too expensive, so I have to use Red5. My server runs Linux and is a virtual private server on Dreamhost - meaning I do not have root, but I can run persistent processes.
