Page structure:
**_Home_**: Flash home page with design fitted in overall design scheme. Need links to static ‘privacy’ and ‘term of use’ pages at bottom of the ‘Home’ page.
**_What’s New_**: Promotions, new products, and latest news. Need the functionality to add/change/delete them.
**_Skin Care Products_**: There will be a list of products (we can add, modify or delete). Click on each product, it will bring customer to another page with full description of that product and the customer can proceed to order. For each product, we also need links to static ‘FAQ’ and ‘How to Use’ pages. For each product added, it will be on a new page, not just adding a new panel in the same page.
**_Pharmaceutical Products_**: All text. But we’d like the functionality to add and change text.
**_Order_**: The order process ??" secure ordering using shopping cart. The order process need to be able to accept promotion discount codes and promotional shipping rates. Credit card information will be captured and auth'ed offline.
**_Business development_**: Static text and a contact form.
**_Contact Us_**: List our contact info. There will be a contact form. The contact information will be captured and sent to us by e-mail.
PLEASE NOTE: only experienced coders need to bid. Must provide samples of previous work and have good to excellent ratings.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
