_Particulars:_
Program will randomly award one of a pre-determined number of prizes to searchers
Program will have to track users (likely via cookies) so that only registered (via email) users can win
Program is to run once an event button is pressed inside an HTML page. Event button causes a jsp page to be called.
Program should de somewhat sheltered from cheating (ie refreshing page multiple times, etc)
Program willl likely be 'seen' as a pop-up
Pop-up needs to be *unkillable* (DHTML perhaps?) ??"We don’t want users penalized for having a pop-up blocker
Program should be written in or compatible with java, so it can be easily integrated into an existing java based program that controls the jsp page fetch
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
_At minimum:_ Windows XP/2000, IE 5.0+
_Preferred Scenario_: Preference is for program to operate in as large a range of the Windows suites as possible and in earlier versions of IE, as well as be compatible with modern Netscape browsers
