Need IPB -> VB board converter. MUST WORK

Hello, I need you to make me a script to convert a [url removed, login to view] board (v1.1) to a VB board ([url removed, login to view]). This script must work, and MUST keep the members/posts. Yes this script is possible, they are developing one now (but they're really slow) so I want to beat them to it. There is many other scripts to convert boards such as PHPBB ect.. to VB, So it is possible. I have made this auction $100+ but if you can do it for under $100 then that'd be absolutely awesome. Just bid $100, tell me what you can do it for, then you can refund me after we're done the project. If it's not possible without me paying over $100.. well, thats fine with me. I want it to work, and I want the script made as soon as possible.
