MAC OS 10 remote server mirror scripts

We currently have a system that is running on a remote server at [url removed, login to view] This same system will be running on a plurality of Mac Minis running mac OS 10. We would like to setup MAMP on the mac mini to run and backup the remote system. The backup will inclued updating the Database, and updating a folder with images and .flv files (it should check each file and only download the new ones). This should be done automatically at least 1 time per week. If MAMP is not appropriate to handle this then we are open other options (like the built in server on mac OS 10). We would like someone who can develop the entire system on their own MAC. We would then be able to simply copy the entire MAMP system to other machines and it would automatically work on that machine. If it is possible, we would like to be able to SSH onto each individual machine so if any of the files need to be updated at a later time we can do that manually (I don't know how this would be done but am open to suggestions). ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
