Convert Membership Site to PHP

I have a membership site that was created with a middleware application called Lasso. I need the site converted over to a membership format in PHP so that I can relocate the site to a different server.
The basics are each member has a username and a password. Their username is their Email address. The password starts out as 'newuser' and then they create their own password the first time they login.
All pages of the site should be password protected. If someone tries to bookmark them they will have to login when they return.
I see that there are about 50 different types of scripts/programs listed on HotScripts.com. I'm open to buying one of the scripts but I'd like to have someone install the script and implement the entire process for me. So far aMember looks the best to me, but I am flexible.

I will also need to know how to protect new pages and lessons that we create in the future.
This should be an incredibly simple project for someone that knows what they are doing and has done something like this in the past.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
