Comprehensive Internet Portal

We require an internet portal which will contain the following: 1. Login/authentication for subscribers 2. Document management facility with (a) an upload ability for designated users (a) a search utility by drop down menu or via keywords 3. In/Out board based on login details 4. Diary system for all users 5. Messages/Call logging 6. News and information pages and an interface to allow people to add/remove stories 7. Banner ad managements system to allow management to specify banner ads, durations, etc. 8. Directory/Contacts database which can be searched by users or added to by specific users. 9. Mail capability to allow users to use the portal for webmail as long as they have a valid log-in Basically this system will be deployed in 100 different offices and they will all have the abaility to have central and local data. For example the site will have national news features and national documents. A branch office may also want to load local documents or local news which would be viewable only in that office. To enable this to happen we would need a sub-portal for each office which should be able to be set up from the main site by an administrator. This project also includes the design of the HTML element of the site as well as the programming of the back end databases etc. This solution will be hosted on a central server and re-sold as a hosted solution. A more detailed technical specification will be provided to the winning bidder.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
