**I need a simple search and a display all page for listing hotel and motel properties in different local towns.
The Search page will have the towns listed as check boxes as well as amenities required and price range for stay. Any other search fields can be discussed. But simple is what we need.
The display page will show a simplified list (hotel name phone number and website)of all active properties by town and sorted output that is controlled by weight. Upon click a detailed subpage containing all the information about the hotel should be listed with thumbnails of uploaded photos and a link back to the previous page.

**I need a simple search and a display all page for listing hotel and motel properties in different local towns.

So to break down the above:
A search page
A page that lists all the hotels by city
A sub page listing all of a particular hotels info
A sub page or layer for photo display
**Admin panel: **
Add/Modify/Delete Properties - I need to be able to enter property information,upload photos before a hotel owns the listing.
Add/Modify/Delete Hotel users and modify passwords
I will need to be able to add and remove towns for the properties and search.
I will need to be able to add and remove amenities for display and selection by the hotels.
I need to be able to activate and deactivate the properties from view.
I need to be able to set an expiration date the property will no longer be displayed.
I need to be able to assign the property to a hotel owner.
I need to be able to search for a property or user
I need to be able to change the email text sent to the hotel owner when they forget a password.
A method to weigh the listings above others. When searching and listing in the front end.

Hotel User panel:**
The hotel owner will need to be able to retrieve a forgotten password by email.
The hotel owner will be able to change all information except for hotel name,activation & expiration date. Those can only be modified by the admin.
The hotel owner will be able to see how many times someone has clicked on their listings.
The hotel owner will be able to upload photos and they should be size reduced/optimized to for the web and to display appropriatly. Imagemagic is fine.
The design of these pages should be simple/clean and the pages need to be templated for modification in Dreamweaver or other wysiwig design product.

Hotel Desciption,hotel website,Hotel Amenities,phone number,address,zipcode,state,directions,price range,Hotel Name,Near By attractions,number of rooms,number of floors,hotel policy,payment methods,
