Web Base Money Merge Application

Project consist of two parts:

1) Replication of competitors website [url removed, login to view]

Flash presentation is done be someone else. Analysis, calculator, comparison, and the actual MMA software will be online.

This new site should have all the elements as the clone target.

2) Online MMA application. This online application is a reverse engineering of the "money merge account" mortgage accelerator program.

Users will register for account go through any interview process entering a variety of financial data.

This data is plugged into an MMA engine, currently in Excel format. The output will be used to rendered graphical display of mortgage payoff projects and a variety of other comparisons.

Users must be able to add/modify data to there account.

We will provide formulas for generating reports, comparisons, and charts.

Prerequisite: Understanding of amortization and compound interest.

Platform: ASP or Java based. Flash based dashboard interface.

Database: Any that is scalable.

Summary:

This have been done before. No need to reinvent the wheel. There are many examples on the net. We need a good DB coder to get the engine perfect...We'lll design the interface later.

Option: would like to use ACTIVE X objects for flexibility with spreedsheet output format.
