Project / Task Tracking - Web

I am looking for an exisiting web based application written in asp that can be enhanced if necessary to achieve a project management tool.

Key functions are similar to Microsoft Project 2000 but on the web. I know I can use a version of MS Project for this however I want my own solution.

Simply put ;

Create a Project with all details

Create multiple tasks for that project and assign to a person(s)

Add notes to tasks and upload files

Track tasks and completion stages %, hours, milestones

View Project with sub tasks listed and expand

Track costings of the project, having assigned $ per employee

Various screen reports and graphs

Admin section to add staff, categories, etc etc

A suitable graph, preferably Gantt type

This will give you a good idea of what I am after.

NOTE: I don't want this developed from scratch as I need it now.

Therefore please show me what you have which either is

complete already or can be enhanced.

Database is to be SQL

If your quote is accepted, daily backups of work will be required to my ftp please.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
