I am looking for something fairly easy to but it must be very user friendly. I want to be able from a website login to a secure area (doen't have to be ssl/ just user/pss secure). From there have an admin panel where I can create a client folder and assign that client a username and password.
This client can then login to their specific folder and retrieve pdf documents that are uploaded into the folder, I want the documents to be very user friendly interface for the clients can know what they are looking at, and how to use it, maybe even a preview panel if possible. I want an easy way in the admin panel to upload to specific folders, even allow multiple files at once uploaded, and make it real easy for a beginner to do.
Working models get my attention first. You must also be able to upload and configure this project to any server (1 or 2) that I choose once completed. I will give more particular specifics once I accept. I am looking for someone who can complete this somewhat fast. See attached file for basic idea, we can work around this, but you kind of see what I'm looking for.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
