What I want is something that operates much like this site but geared towards professionals that can register for free, and students that can come to the site and seek the knowledge of a professional. The professionals would have the ability to edit thier own page and set their own prices for advise. Once a professional is selected by the student then I would get a certain percentage of the amount charged by the professional. This would need to be done automatically just like this site is. I would also like to have the ability to edit the main pages, and add banner/text advertising to all pages on the network. The professionals would also have the ability to upgrade for a fee to featured professional that would be in a featured list on the home page. I hope this explains the basics of this project.
