About us: We are an Australian based ecommerce company selling ebay / amazon, in need for a China manager to manage existing products and suppliers, manage shipment times and quality issues as well as sourcing / Purchasing agent who can source profitable items .
If you are located in Xiamen, or Guangzhou China this will be a big benefit.
You must have experience to find Low Competition , Good selling , Great profit margins items by searching product sales data on ebay, taobao, aliexpress and amazon.
Commission
The commission will be at an agreed amount for the first 6 months of sales. Loss on returns above 5% will reduce the commission.
The job includes but is not limited to finding new products and factories. All products must maintain a high quality level with low returns.
Your Knowledge should include packaging details, shipment procedures, negotiation skills etc
In order to increase your commission you may create eye catching image designs for ebay, keyword research, and social media/newsletter marketing at our expense.
Current issues:
A key supplier constantly delays shipments and will not provide accurate information on shipment dates. They are located in Xiamen, China. Your responsibility with this supplier is to confirm accurate shipment dates, honest reasons for delays, feedback quality issues for them to resolve and follow the delivery of spare parts for quality issues direct to customers.
Another issue is with new products we are experiencing quality issues which need to be avoided and managed.
