DevExpress XPO real life samples with c# and .net 4.0/4.5

i need an expert or senior programmer who knows (Devexpress xpo (version 2012-2013) , c#, net 4.0) .

i have same samples that don't work properly or other that need some corrections or other that i don't know how will be implemented.
