PDF ebook assembly - no writing required, materials provided

Hello! I am looking for someone to assemble some PDF ebooks for me. You do not need to do any writing for this job, just PDF editing and creation using content I provide. To do this job, you will need to download and install the Infix PDF editor: [url removed, login to view] (you can use the free version in Professional mode -- you do not have to buy it). Please ensure that you are familiar with using this software before bidding!

This job is for one PDF ebook. If you a fast and great job on this one, I will have several more PDF ebook assembly jobs for you, on the same terms for which I hire the winner of this job. (These jobs will be paid through [url removed, login to view] as extensions to this job.) Therefore, I will need to know your page rate as part of your bid. To be clear, your bid for this project is for one 100-page PDF ebook, but I also ask you to provide an amount in U.S. cents that you would charge PER PAGE to assemble more PDFs for me in the future. Your bid on this job should be your page rate multiplied by 100.

More details: Each page of the ebook should be 8.5 x 11 inches and contain one large image or up to four small images (it will usually be one image per page and only rarely will you need to use more than one). The image should be centered vertically and horizontally on the page. Above the image you will insert a short piece of text and an image, and create a web link from that image to a specific URL (this will be the same on each page). Below the image you will insert a specific piece of text and link it to a specific URL. (There are 6 of these text links, each linking to a different URL, and you will use all of them in series repeatedly throughout the ebook -- every 6th page will have the same link, in other words). You may shrink the main image to allow the other image and link to fit, but do not enlarge images. The image content will be provided to you as image files and/or as images contained within PDF files. Leave two blank pages at the beginning of the ebook and one blank page at the end.

You will receive a sample ebook done to my specifications upon winning the job, so you can see exactly what is expected of you as described above.
