Motion for sanctions, and continuance

I have an attorney that failed to tell me, 9 months ago, that I was being countersued. He also made me remove some reviews from the internet that were true against a 3rd party that promised to pay me $1,250 for removing them. A trial date has been set for less than two months from now. He has filed a motion to withdraw because I asked him to request discovery. I need a document drafted requesting that the court sanction him severely (including a referral to the state bar) and cancel the upcoming hearing while enforcing the settlement already agreed to.
