DNN Menu Customization skin

DNN 4.9+ or 5+

c# or VB (preffer c#)

I wish to buy source code and/or tutorial,

how I can make top menu like on [url removed, login to view]

I know that all functionality is maybe imposible,

so I will describe options in order of importance.

1. I am only interested on TOP menu of GE site

2. Background image (dots on top and bottom in root level...)

3. Images for root level of menu (2 type, normal and selected or hover) or text for the same functionality

4. subNodes

4.1 (like: news in GE)Standard vertical text with style for normal, hover, and selected what is not shown in GE site

4.2 (like: innovation) Horizontal sub menu with images whitout text field

4.3 (like: products & services) Vertcal menu with multiple column in optional.

5. When I hover root node the sub nodes border is like in GE.

root item border is 1 except bottom... Sub items border is 1 except top border is 0 in part of root item...
