Build a program that creates and maintains a list of tasks that need to be completed, and maintains separate user accounts to control access to information about the tasks. The “business owner” account will need to be able to create new tasks, and mark tasks as being completed, be able to assign created tasks to who needs to complete them, and upload/delete files as attachments to those tasks. ”User” accounts will be the ones who perform the tasks, and can write details about the task, such as how the task is going and what needs to be done next. User accounts will also be able to view uploaded files to the tasks which they are assigned. Whenever a task is created or changed the software will need to send emails to the appropriate people. Use Visual C# to write a Windows Form Application, and use a SQL database to maintain users, login information, and the data concerning the tasks. All source code and an executable are expected at completion. Milestones: Half payment will be made based on test submission and then second half on final approval.
