Demonstrate how to Upload an Adobe Captivate 9 File to Moodle

I have a few Adobe Captivate 9 files that I need to upload to Moodle.
Currently when I upload them I am not seeing the content so I want to check the settings. I would just like a demonstration on how to do so. The courses are already SCORM compliant so that is fine.
