Write an App for Parking + GPS

Hello,
I would like you to write a small App for Android where users can share or search for available parking spaces in the streets.
For exemple, a user is leaving a parking space so he can turn on his app and click I AM LEAVING MY PARKING SPACE, the GPS location will be recorded and shared to other users, so everybody will see that there is an empty space at these coordinates.
