I currently have an eBook for sale on Amazon KIndle.

I want this converting into an eBook type Android app from supplied .htm source and stock images preferablly using the Kindle version cover graphics, images and style.
I require 2 versions.
One (free version) monetised by ads - with button option to upgrade to Premium version.
One Premium version (£0.99) No ads
Both versions to be made available on Google Play Store, will need advice/help how to do this.
