12V DC Winch Control with Bluetooth Remote Controller Application

We are using a 12V DC winch with a Remote. In Remote only two options. In and Out. If we hold the up button then it will rotate the motor in the forward direction. If we hold the down button it will rotate the motor in the reverse direction.

I want to integrate that mechanism with Bluetooth mobile application.

I have mobile application.

Just need hardware list and programming code.
