Unity 3D game developer for FPS game (Phase 1)

Seeking an experience Unity 3D developer for a FPS game. This is to develop and publish phase 1 only (which is 5-10 levels of the game). Game is in the style and theme of Hitman. If you have assets, that is even better, although we have earmarked controllers, characters, terrains and environments. We are a small company making this game on spec with the hope of getting fully funded for phase 2 all the way to phase 10 by an investment group who wish to see phase 1 developed first before investing in the game. Budget for phase 1 is capped. We will not be considering any proposals above the capped budget at this stage. Winner will be considered for more than one phase of the game.
