simple iphone app1 -- 2

Simple app - sms register, 1 main page , left sliding menu with 3 options.

Design should be included.

1. login - strong authentication using the phone number. i'll give sms provider

2. main page:

a. table with data, icons and so (3-5 columns), select ability

b. up to 3 actions buttons, button will enable entering a comment

c. top and button toolbars

d. notification (when getting new data).

3. left sliding menu (like facebook), 3 options:

-profile (name,image,company details etc, - up to 10 fields)

-preferences (3 radios, 2 combos, 2 checkboxes)

-logout

server side will be provided by me.
