App is for help Fitness training.
Senario: All fitnes training centers, has a trainner(teacher) and students(customers). trainner to give work, some execises, and diet to students. As you know all student can not come fitnes center maybe because of their work or traffic ets, so they want trainning at their home. so mobile app should help fitness teacher in this stuation.
1- login form(student, teacher)
2 Profile Page( Name, age, sex, wight, photo etc) student must enter this info to their profile page
3 Student Exercise Page: teacher give to student some body exerices, and diet for days by all week. student should see this program(execices and diet list).
student sholud see his execises day by day. teacher give some exercies by gif format. (admin can add gif format attaches- explained in teacher page). so app need a strong and usable Calender page.
Student must have a diet program, diet program prepared by theacher and send his student. student can change his food if he do not like it, so we must give him a food alternative. if he did not find and food he like it, so he can send a message on messanger about this diet to change this food(pls give me another food place of that), when student send message to teacher, teacher can see message at some time(like whatsapp). student can take his food photo to send teacher(teacher should follow student do his diet).
4 - A padometer( app should has a padometer and log student steps, distance, miles and calories.) student and teacher should this this info by day,week and month.
5 - App must have a Reminding,
a) if student sit down to much for example more than 2 hours, app must analyse this and give him an alert go to some walk, or drink some water
b) app must reminding student diet and exercises if he forget.
6 Graphs(charts): As you know app must have a strong Graphs. student and teacher should know their stuation by days, weeks and months. Graphs must show student kilos, walked distances and step and calories.
7 - App must have an messager. teacher can send message to student and all students. but student can send message only this teacher. (student can delete his message history but not delete from database, teacher can see their message history)
Extra Teacher Page.
1- Teacher can add food(food name, calories, note)
2- when teacher prepare a diet program, he will select food from this.
3 - teacher can insert Gif format documet(execise gif) and can give this document a name.
4 - Teacher can do a program from this Gif document.
5 - Teacher can prepared a food and exercise program for all student one by one.
app must be Asp.net MVC wiht C#, Html, Js, jquery and adroid application. Database is MsSql.
