Make Up face filter application

We have a small make up company in UK, and we would like to develop a 'face filter' type app for Apple, where using the camera on the phone or tablet the app recognises where the face, lip eyes and cheeks are and will give the user the option to add our Lipstick colour to their lips, blusher colours to their cheeks, and eye shadow and mascara to the eyes.
So something along the lines of [login to view URL] but not hair colour, and adding glasses etcs, just the make up mentioned above, using our specific products and colours.

The user should then be able to take a picture and save it on their phone, and be able to see which products they have chosen to create their 'look'.
It would be amazing if this would interact with our Shopify store to populate the basket if the user likes the colours.
We have maybe 100 colour variations, and visually it would be nice to have a make up tool on screen when the user is applying the colour, like a face brush for the blusher, lipstick for the lipstick etc.
Please ask if you have any questions, my understanding is facial recongnition is a app tool element in a developers library, so that would be your starting point.
