Kandy WebRTC & Android

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. looking for an android developer that can create a video chat app for me.

The app is very simple, and will have Kandy webrtc for the video chat. The Kandy platform will have to be customized. The app will also control an Andriod IOIO board.

I am looking for someone with experience in Android development and has worked with Kandy integration and customizing before.
