bug fix user authentication issues with Unity 3D firebase app

Enable one-time login for app.
- requires a separate log out and exit buttons on footer menu. "Logout" will log out user while exit (or back arrow from home page) will only close the app without logging the user off.
Allow multiple logins of a single user from multiple auth providers i.e. email, FB and google.
Prevent device from going into sleep mode while videos are being played in explainer or remedy screen.
Enable crash analytics report for iOS.
