2 iOS apps and 2 android apps for 2 wordpress sites

We are looking for developers to create android and iphone apps for the following blogs
1. [url removed, login to view]
2. [url removed, login to view]
The websites are news sites and built using wordpress. We require the apps to have push notification as soon as an article is posted on the blog.
Please include the price for web service as well Please keep in mind the apps will be nearly identical for both websites however arabdemocrat is a bi-lingual website so the apps must be able to display the arabic articles as well in addition to the english ones.
Please do not quote if you are not confident about being able to finish this on time. This project is time and price sensitive and we have several more apps lined up so please quote accordingly.
Will also need Ad integration with mobfox or any other distribution network that supports direct sold ads.
