Educational App on the Principals of the Constitution

I am looking for someone to create an app for iPad. The app would involve students dragging and dropping information into different 'boxes' on the screen. After the main screen and the instructions screen. There will be seven different icons on the screen. Each represents a different principal of the constitution. Below those seven icons, will be a statement. Students must drag and drop the statement into the box that best represents the statement. If the answer incorrectly, a hint will be given and they will try again. When they answer correctly, a new statement will appear and the activity will continue. This will happen until they have sorted all 14 statements. When the activity is finished, a chart will appear showing which of the seven principals need more study - according to the ones that were incorrect on the first try.

I need this app to be ready for submission to the app store by November 1st.
